What began as a Sunday morning tradition in a tiny home kitchen became Pancaketopia — a neighborhood pancake house devoted to the craft of the perfect stack. We slow-ferment our buttermilk batter overnight, griddle on cast iron, and finish every plate with single-origin maple syrup warmed just so.
